so Melissa had to go to Jury duty today so i didn't get to workout(Hannah not old enough to be home alone yet). I wanted to do the night class but Hannah has a class tonight. Guess i'll just do leg circuits and 6 count burpees at home. :)Work is going well. November kicked my butt up and down but we're starting to make progress with some projects we're working on. i'm out of shakes so i've been eating low carb balance bars today. drinking lots of water today. Also decided to start drinking anti oxidant rich teas more often since we now eat meat.

You should raise some type of fowl in the back yard. Get the kid involved in the feeding, nurturing, love and care of another life. Also, a great way to learn about responsibility. And then, once a month, have a family night where you make a game of chasing and catching one of the adorable little creatures and tie their tiny feet together.
Then hang it upside down and slit its throat. That's how kids learn about fear, evil and loss. Suddenly, she'll be grown-up enough to leave home alone. Also too grown up to go to school... I suddenly fear the sadistic little bastards I'm going to create later in my life.
wow. i thought i was letting her grow up too fast by letting her watch family guy. I'm not sure i'm even old enough for that kinda family fun.
