so i've been drinking out of this mega mug Hannah got me for christmas for over a week now. Today i mentioned to Melissa that i almost threw up and she informed me that the mug is not meant to drink from and contains some chemical liner. Wish i knew that earlier. i think i'll live but i did almost puke. 6:30 is now the happening class time. Lots of new friendly and fit faces in the gym.

8:30pm 3 eggs, 2 corn tortillas, 5 oz beans, 1 oz mozzarella cheese
10:30pm Lean Body Shake

What are you supposed to do with a mug if you don't drink out of it?
