Todays format is my favorite. I like that each section only had 2
exercises. It allowed me to give each one a little more. I really
enjoyed it.

4 sprouted corn tortillas with 2oz refried beans and green chile
2 garden burgers(no bun or sauces)
1 spoonful of peanut butter with flax oil.
