deep squats and butt cramps. just another wednesday


every time i row hard my butt almost cramps. i have issues. People have been telling me that my squat is maybe lower than it needs to be. I'm blaming Steve for that :). Actually, Im squatting low so that i can hang out in the street like these guys with my friends. Thats all. :)

row your ass off for 250m
rinse and repeat for a total of 3 times

everyone got 3 rounds. i barely got 2(think i only did 8 k2e on last set)
