so much for my calorie restriction plan.



its easier to be strict with calories when i'm not locked inside with a freezer. i thought watching the biggest loser on hulu would have inspired me. apparently not. ate ice cream for breakfast. I may have to start next week on my calorie restriction plan. Or whenever the ice cream runs. whichever comes first.

my abs are super sore from those weighted situps. wow. haven't been sore in the abs for years. was sad to miss this mornings workout. Oh well, more time to eat ice cream i guess.

At least you got your lean power shakes! I think we can blame this on the weather, ever since this cold snap hit I have not wanted to eat right. I think our bodies are trying to pack on some fat to keep us warm. ;P

So, when ice cream runs does it burn calories? Is it less bad for you? Does it grow legs to do this? I have so many questions!
