back to school

so today was Hannah's first day of school and it was a hit. i think i was more anxious than she was. Now that that's out of the way, i'll be back in the gym tomorrow. Wanted to walk her to the classroom door for day 1. I figure if I leave at exactly 7:30am i can be home by 7:45 and have time to shower and take her to school by 8:20.Should work ok. We'll see tomorrow how it goes. Today was my 3rd day fo inactivity and for the first time in my life of working out, i'm very ok with that. i'm starting to appreciate and understand the value of rest with intense exercise. So today was an in between day with diet. here's how it went:

8:00 am 1 meal replacement drink
9:00 am 1 25oz water
10:00 am 1 meal replacement drink
11:00 am 2 macaroon cookies left in breakroom
12:00 pm coffee
12:16 pm coffee
12:19 pm coffee
12:23 pm coffee
4:00pm sw green chili burrito from laughing planet
5:00pm 27-38 tamari almonds
7:20pm Reeds gingerale and almond croissant
8:30 2 Quorn Patties(fake chicken)
9:00 25oz water
10:00pm 40g whey protein.
